Mel Gibson Divorce
Mel Gibson DivorceMel Gibson's wife files for divorce.
Mel Gibson’s wife, Robyn Gibson, filed for divorce today after 29 years of marriage.
The actor-director, whose credits include "The Passion of the Christ" and "Braveheart," and his wife have seven children, including a 9-year-old. Representatives for Mel and Robyn Gibson did not immediately return requests for comment but issued a joint statement saying they wanted to keep the matter private.

Gibson has had legal and public relations troubles in recent years, including his July 2006 arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, when he made anti-Semitic remarks. Gibson pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count and agreed to attend AA meetings.

Harry Kalas
Harry KalasPhillies, NFL Films voice Harry Kalas dies.
Harry Kalas, legendary broadcaster for the Philadelphia Phillies and the voice of NFL Films has passed way at the age of 73.
Click here to listen to Kalas' work with NFL Films.
Fans also heard Kalas' voice doing Campbell's Soup commercials.
Kalas, who had done the Phillies since 1971, was taken to a hospital Monday after passing out prior to the Washington Nationals-Phillies game in D.C.
Today's game - Washington's home opener - is being played at Nationals Park, but the defending world champions will not go to the White House Tuesday as scheduled.
A moment of silence was observed before the Phils-Nats took the field.
In 2002, Kalas was named the Ford C. Frick Award winner at the Baseball Hall of Fame.
Phillies president David Montgomery said "we have lost our voice" in announcing the death.
Kalas, who had been with the Phillies since 1971, was known for his distinctive "Outta here!" home run call, a fact Phillies legend Mike Schmidt knew very well.
“The best way I can sum up Harry’s relationship to me was he gave me my sports name," Schmidt told ESPN shortly after learning of the his friend's death. "People all over the country refer to me by the name Harry actually gave me: ‘Michael Jack.’ Everytime I hear it now the rest of my life, his face and smile will resonate.”
“I think he’ll go down over time as one of the top two or three ever (to) grace a microphone," Schmidt told the cable network. "He had a way with those home runs that was a really beautiful thing.”
Kalas used the 'Michael Jack Schmidt' moniker when he called the Hall of Famer's 500th home run in 1987.
ESPN also reached John Kruk, an analyst for the cable network and a first baseman on the Phillies 1993 NL pennant winners.
“He was the Phillies," Kruk said. "He’s a friend to all of us. He was as big a part of the team as any player, coach, manager.”
Longtime Philadelphia announcer Bill Campbell told KYW Newsradio in the city that Kalas had leg circulation problems and had a heart procedure to address those problems.
Kalas missed most of spring training after undergoing surgery in early February, the Philadelphia Daily News reported. The Phils declined to provide specifics of the surgery at that time, saying only that it was a "minor medical procedure" and that there was no reason for concern, the paper also said.

Kara Young
Kara YoungKara Young AJ Benza!
That infamous Kara Young AJ Benza Howard Stern broadcast is back in the press today. AJ Benza’s Donald Trump Kara Young on air fight was explained by Benza back in 2001.
Kara Young was the stunning Revlon Model who went from dating Benza, to Trump, to marrying neither.
After the Stern interview, Benza opened up to MediaWeek at LALATE’s favorite Nate N Al’s deli here in Los Angeles about what happened.
“I got very Brooklyn on him, and I hadn’t talked to Kara since then. I cried, she cried.”
Trump reportedly said during the broadcast:
“She told me you were losing your hair, A.J., and you’ve done the transplant.”
Benza’s response:
“Donald, shut up. You got plugs”.
Benza explained how he was left after his breakup with Young:
“Long story short, I loved the girl very much, and I thought she’d be my wife. She did date him for a while, but I’m willing to move past that. It looks stupid when you get in a fight over a girl, especially when neither one of you are any longer with the girl.”

Conficker Eye Chart
Conficker Eye ChartChecking the Conficker Eye Chart
The Conficker worm is back, said Tony Bradley in About.com. Two weeks ago, computer security experts warned that the evil malware known as Conficker was going to cripple the Internet on April 1, but “nothing really happened.” Now it appears that Conficker is delivering a new component to infected PCs—and there are millions of them—that will allow hackers to steal “sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, credit card numbers, and more.”
So, Conficker is no longer simply sitting quietly on infected computers hunting for more vulnerable computers to attack, said Erika Smith in the Indianapolis Star. But don’t panic. The worm exploits a hole in the Windows operating system that was patched in October, so you can download the fix to protect yourself. But the first step is checking out the Conficker Eye Chart, which can tell you if you’re computer is already infected.
Security companies have reported that computers sick with Conficker are being updated with a “scareware” program, said Brian Krebs in The Washington Post, which uses phony security alerts to frighten people into buying “bogus computer security software.” So the mystery about Conficker’s purpose is gone—it’s just another attempt by hackers to make money, and its authors are apparently starting to put it to work.
